Goose Point Park Campground

Goose Point Park is located on Philpott Lake, a deep, clear, pristine, 3000 acre impoundment with a natural shoreline and spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The park is adjacent to Fairystone State Park and Fairystone Farms Wildlife Management Area, which includes 5300 acres of public recreational lands.

Goose Point Park offers camping facilities. Facilities include 63 campsites, 53 with electricity and water, one swim beach, one boat ramp, courtesy dock, fishing pier, two hot water shower houses, one sanitary dump stations, amphitheater, a playground and Park Attendant services

From Hwy 220: Take the Bassett, VA. exit onto Hwy 57 W, go approximately 10 miles to the Goose Point Rd (look for Goose Point Park brown directional sign), turn right, go 5 miles on a paved road to the park entrance.
