Arapaho Bay Campground - Campground near Grand Lake, Colorado, United States - Description
Arapaho Bay Campground
Located in north central Colorado. Campground is adjacent to Granby Lake. Typical Rocky Mountain afternoon thunderstorm weather pattern. Restroom facilities and payphone are provided.
Sites may be available on a first come - first served basis outside the reservation season.
The Arapaho Bay boat ramp will be open when the Roaring Fork Loop is open during 2010. The boat ramps at Hilltop and Willow Creek Reservoir are closed. Hand powered boats such as canoes, kayaks and row boats will be allowed to launch and retrieve at those sites.
Due to the beetle infestation and removal of hazard trees, there is little or no shade in the campground.
