This land was originally an old subdivision of very small lots, the deeds to which could be found in boxes of Oat Nuts cereal. Today the park features a popular trail that connects to the Presumpscot River Preserve.
A footpath and gravel trail through the woods. The Lyseth/Moore Trail can be reached via sidewalks on Summit Street and Sumac Street.

Trail begins at Summit Street between Olde Birch Lane and Juniper Street. Parking is available on Summit Street.
