Chriss Lake Trail is a scenic hike that offers excellent views of the Escalante/Grand Staircase National Monument to the south, while ascending through aspen stands and meadows to Chriss Lake. The trail is a moderate hike, climbing 800 vertical feet in 1.8 miles.
From Boulder take Highway 12 north, approximately 8 miles to the Chriss Lake Trailhead.
