Trail Map |
The Nobletts trail is a short hike along a bubbling creek. It is easy to access and one of the most popular in the area. It is a great hike for families with young children. Starting from the Nobletts parking lot, the trail quickly descends to the creek and continues with only minor elevation changes. Along the trail are nice views of beaver ponds, moss covered rocks. Stands of lodge pole pine with scattered aspen are all along the trail, as well as some raspberry bushes. The trail ends at a rocky waterfall where visitors can relax before returning.
Travel eight miles on highway 35 from Francis/Woodland toward Hanna. On the north side of the road, turn into the Nobletts parking lot. The trailhead is at the northeast corner.
