Trail Map |
Gene Marshall Piedra Blanca Trail runs from the end of Rosa Valley road to Reyes Creek Camp Ground. Awesome views and old growth forest (old for Ventura County.) One of the best hikes around although this hike is not for the weak, there is quite a bit of elevation gain.
From Ojai take hwy 33 North and turn right on Lockwood Valley road (about 40 miles)then in about 2 miles turn right on Camp Scheideck road. Stay to the left once you get to the cabins, then cross the creek into the camp grounds, turn right then take the road to the right up the hill. Road will drop back down into a small valley to the trail head parking
