Little Fort Campground
The Little Fort Recreation Area is in Fort Valley, the long narrow valley contained within the Massanutten Mountain range in Virginia. Little Fort is a minimally developed recreation with 9 first come first served campsites and vault toilets. No water is available, please bring your own. This is the closest campground to our OHV motorized trail system. This is an unattended campground.
There is a hiking trail from the campground to Woodstock Observation Tower that offers a marvelous view of the Shenandoah Valley (North Fork) with the ridges of Great North Mountain to the west and Shenandoah National Park along the Blue Ridge to the east.
