An easy and short walk to a wonderful westward looking overlook from Hanging Rock on Potts Mountain. Not to be confused with Hanging Rock Observatory which is not too far away. Access is via Potts Mtn Rd off 311 about 15 minutes west of New Castle, VA. Potts Mtn Rd is in good condition.
