The open ledges at the 2,804-foot summit of Mount Willard afford spectacular views of Crawford Notch, the southern Presidentials, and Mount Washington. The 1.4 mile (one way) trail climbs gradually to the summit from Crawford Depot (AMC) near the north entrance of the notch.

From I-93:
Exit 36 onto Route 3 North. Follow Route 3 to Route 302 east. Follow signs to Crawford Notch State Park.
From I-95:
Take Route 16 north to Route 302 west. On 302 follow signs to Crawford Notch State Park.
The trailhead is near the North Entrance at the Crawford Depot (AMC).
