If you like diving off a water fall into a nice deep mountain stream pool, this is the place to beat the heat on a trip to Alabama's Talladega National Forest. The trail is clearly marked thanks to local Boy Scout troops and even if you're not into swimming the cascades they provide a nice place to take pictures. This is near by Cheaha State Park, where Mount Cheaha marks the highest point in Alabama.
