Twin Peaks, San Francisco

I guess technically this doesn't count as a hike, because we drove there, but I went to Twin Peaks near San Francisco, which offers a beautiful view of the Bay Area. Was hella windy, but it was a gorgeous view!

Oh man, that is pretty! I wonder what the elevation is there. There's also another good viewing spot called Hawk Hill or something near the Golden Gate Bridge.

I found this shot online showing the view:

I love this view, the Marin Headlands is my second favorite hike in the Bay Area, after Tilden Park, which has a westward facing view from the Berkeley Hills that overlooks all of the bay. It is truly amazing, and if you are ever in the East Bay, I urge you to take the drive up to tilden park. :)
